30 Day Shred - Day 4

Day 4 - Friday, January 6th
Program: Level 1
Notes: I went to bed last night completely sore...I woke up not so sore! I still felt like I worked out, but just not as sore... I'm not hobbling around today! Yay!
I started the workout out strong...I did the first set of pushups without problems...the second set it was like my arms decided to stop working. It seemed like that for all of the sets...the first one was great, the second set was like my body didn't want to work. But I pushed through! And finished the workout strong.
